Francine Dee was born on 21 July 1978 in Hong Kong, China. She has Filipino and Chinese roots. Her family moved to the Philippines when she was just a few months old. In 1983, her parents moved to the United States where they settled in Orange County, California. Her parents divorced soon after the move.
Francine has attended Catholic school all her life, which somewhat explains her current profession. She has admitted that she fits the classic image of a repressed schoolgirl with a rebellious character who demands some kind of outlet.
Her modelling career started with a shoot for Oriental Dolls magazine. Two years later she had her breasts enlarged. At the time she had blonde hair.
After about a year, she did a shoot for a calendar with black women. Feeling at ease, Francine continued to work in that direction.
During this chapter in her career, she began to go into business. At the age of twenty Francine began shooting nudes when she signed a contract with Hollywood Asians (she appeared in two nude videos which came out later) and got a website sponsored by Vivid Dreams.
In 1998, she felt she couldn’t compete with the other top models and started doing car spots. A few shoots in 1999 for Playboy’s Special Editions magazine were a real breakthrough. For a long time the girl did not disclose the nature of his work to her parents, but in 2000, she did it all. Parents were not thrilled, but the actress hoped that in time they would “grow up” to respect her profession and in principle, what she does.
Her modelling career continued to grow steadily and she continued to enjoy working in the car industry and is considered one of the pioneers of glamour models working in that industry in the States.
Also on her website, she raised ethnic issues. She had a starring role in Hip Hop Honeys which was widely broadcast in Europe. An appearance on the show Blind Date in 2004 garnered her the attention of the public but not the response she was hoping for. Overall, 2004 was a great year for her. By this time her official website was one of the best solo modeling sites around, but she felt she could make it even better.
She also appeared as a stripper in Soul Plane.
It was also part of the “SRS Girlfriends” video game Namco Street Racing Syndicate in 2004.
She is single after her split from Hone-Hop Honeys CEO Jonathan Shecter and has been living in Las Vegas, Nevada with her two dogs Samantha and Chace.
In October 2013 Francine announced her retirement as an erotic model through her Facebook account.
