Finding and talking to those involved in the porn industry is almost impossible. An interview with a Russian porn actress who wishes to remain anonymous.
Russian pornographic actress: “Turn up the introductory tune from Private in the underground at full volume, and you’ll see that these people don’t want to recognise you.
Finding and talking to people involved in the porn industry in Russia is practically impossible. Some are shy to talk, some are afraid. But we found a porn actress who agreed to talk openly about how Russian porn is made today.
Pornography. This is something that is not customary to talk about over a Sunday dinner in the family, but in the bedroom behind closed doors – why not? Many people watch pornographic films, but very few admit it. In the USSR when questionable content tapes were confiscated the punctuation mark in the sentence “Imprisonment cannot be pardoned” was put by artists, cinematographers and other people close to art. Nowadays it is legal to watch porn, but not to distribute or produce it.
The questions were answered by a Moscow pornographic actress who, for obvious reasons, wished to remain anonymous.
– Who are they hiring as an actress?
– Most of them are nymphomaniacs, sex addicts. They hardly need to be paid. Then there’s teenagers, trafficked by their fathers, just trafficked people. Less common are prostitutes and strippers. Serious “firms” use dog-models.
– Who are “doggy models”?
– There are supermodels who have a name and royalties, and those girls who go out with these superstars on the catwalk but are generally unknown, and there are dogmothers.
– Is there any kind of casting? Are there strict appearance requirements or it all depends on what they want to shoot?
– First we look at the profiles. The usual set: height, weight, build and what she can do. That’s it.
– Where do they take people from? Are there any bases?
– Mostly girls from brothels. Nymphomaniacs and sex addicts are caught by doctors or at anonymous meetings.
– What about men?
– Men are sex addicts, mentally ill, and there’s this podcast called “professional porn performers”. They’re usually strippers, gigolos or real actors.
– Does anyone voluntarily come in off the street?
– Sure. But on the whole conveyor belt of showers, street people are a drop in the bucket.
– Are the actors selected by questionnaire too? Height, weight and centimetres below the waist?
– Yes, but there’s another parameter, so to speak. They work their pens “on casting” for time.
– Who’s longer?
– Who can “drive”. That is, to drive the machine at different speeds.
– By the way, what do men use to keep their strength up? There are a lot of rumours on the Internet that they often do not finish the intercourse at all, but use rice pudding and all that stuff they bring from the side opposite to the camera. Or take handfuls of Viagra.
– The life of a porn actor is short, and such tricks aren’t worth any dick. But they didn’t lie to you about the rice. Scenes like “oops, I got dirty”, “oops, how much came back out of me” and “oops, how much is in my mouth” are not without it.
– What is the working age of men in this business?
– The Dutch work until the age of 50. It’s fashionable there. In Russia it’s 20 or 30. I haven’t seen any older. Europe is older – 27-45.
– Why is it so bad in Russia?
– Different reasons. Someone doesn’t like the money, someone’s health doesn’t allow it, etc.
– By the way, how are things with health care? Are there medical tests and certificates? Do they use condoms?
– This is mandatory, as is the use of lubricants, gels. Many actresses settle for a coil to avoid pregnancy, the condom is left to the discretion of the model. But the rubber is a price to pay.
– Do you agree on what happens during the shooting or is it often already on set? Can the girl refuse to do anything?
– With the girl beforehand. But it’s all different – I’m talking about a civilized studio and the ones on the left even use rape.
– Do they sign any contracts or is it all on a verbal agreement?
– It also varies from studio to studio.
– Are there any unconditional restrictions, like no pissing, no shitting on the head, no more than three fingers in the vagina? Or does it all depend on the price of the issue and the capacity of the actress? In other words, is there something that will never be done?
– No.
– What is the most expensive? What does a girl get paid the most for?
– Carousel and fist. You can also add traumatic penis size to that.
– Traumatic, what’s that?
– 32 in length, 10 in width.
– Any scenarios?
– There are. There are even plots. Some directors are still trying to turn it into art.
– Do you have lyrics? If there’s a script, I understand. And if it’s just a process? When and how to sigh, what to say and how to say it? Do they do the voiceover afterwards?
– It all depends on who’s making the film. Dubbing – unless, of course, it’s a home run. Redoubles or boutaform – they do that, too.
– Boutaphorn?
– Boutaphorn are scenes where “nothing is plugged in” and everyone groans and moves like heat in a tin can.
– Where do filming usually take place?
– Flats, country houses, warehouses with sets, dense forests.
– How do relationships within the crew work out? Are there romances between actors?
– If you can look at a dork who’s been panting over you for three or four hours…
– And models are friends? Do they have coffee after filming?
– Not me, I don’t know about the others. I doubt it.
– How long is a shooting day? How much footage can you shoot in that time?
– A couple of hours to a few weeks. And the footage… That’s a good question. Five minutes to a few hours, hardly more than three.
– By the way, do the actors review the footage themselves?
– Whoever thinks they’re an actor, yes.
– What’s the most annoying thing about filming?
– Who’s the most annoying?
– The models, the actors.
– The girls, the stiffness, the guys, the mannerisms of the girls.
– By the way, how old are the women in the profession? Men under 30, when do the ladies retire?
– When they first get rejected “at the casting” usually.
– Do actors have some kind of health insurance? If they do get hurt or if a spotlight falls on their head during filming?
– Are we sure we’re talking about Russia? I haven’t seen that in Russia. A spotlight fell? Bury it and keep shooting.
– Is it possible to have a private life in such a profession? Do you have to hide what you earn or have earned in the past?
– What makes money can never be fun. As long as you work, you forget about your private life.
– Is there any fear that someone will find out? Recognize a familiar face in the crowd, for example?
– I’m not going to give you a straight answer. Yes, in the beginning it was scary, but the audience is small and the market is oversaturated. Turn up the opening tune of Studio Private on the underground at full volume, and you’ll see that these people don’t want to recognize you themselves (a very famous quote from bash.org.ru – C.R.). And in general, after you quit, after a year, let anyone recognise you.
– Do we have any domestic porn stars? Apart from the inimitable St. Petersburg director Pryanishnikov?
– Don’t forget Lelechka Berkova, a herd of students from Voronezh and a dozen other frequent faces…
– Some movies have actors’ names on them, are they often real?
– A lot, but most of them are nicknames and character names.
– Is there some kind of slang in this environment? A couple of examples, if I may.
– I suppose there is, but I can’t distinguish it from life. I can’t make it out. Unless it’s something stupid like doggy-style, toys, fisting, twix.
– What’s that last one?
– It’s Russian for double penetration.
– Did the crisis affect the industry in any way?
– Not a question for me. I can’t answer it properly.
– How many shoots, say, a girl can do in a year? The point of the question is: Is it the only way to make a living?
– No, of course not.
– Is it possible to put an equal sign between the words “porn actress” and “prostitute”?
– No, of course not.
– Is there a shooting season?
– Well, let’s say the season is summer.
– Do the girls occasionally enjoy themselves in the process?
– Sure, the squirrels in the woods get a treat sometime, but it’s all one-offs.
– Are the models responsible for their own make-up and costumes?
– Often.
– Is a “career path” possible? Start out as an actor and end up as a director?
– Yes, that often happens. Although directors are usually horny idiots from the outside.
– Are directors more often men or women?
– Men almost 100%.
– How are the girls’ careers?
– Girls… I don’t know of any such cases. Usually they start valuing themselves more or, on the contrary, less after such a job, start a family or go on the streets.
– Is there something positive about this job? Or five reasons why girls in their 20s shouldn’t do it?
– Girls under 25 shouldn’t have regular sex at all, no matter what doctors and scientists tell you. Practice makes perfect.
1. Physical trauma to the genitals and digestive organs.
2. Mental trauma from further embittered attitudes towards the opposite sex.
3. it is too big a mistake to be called the foolishness of youth.
4. Many things cannot be forgotten. And ego is the hardest thing to rebuild.
